Front Set Up: slam specialties re-6 1/2 single port, 1/2" hydarulic hose, 1/2" valves. Giving it 200psi, from being on the frame to hittin the up switch it kind of goes up then it really goes up. so it hesitates initially to go up. WTF is the prob. Can anyone help?

Are you using a Switchbox from AVS?

I've had the problem before with their Ars 7 boxes. Other reason could be that the valve isn't gettiong enough power. Try running a thicker guage wire to your switches.

Where are your valves placed? The closer to the bag, the faster it'll be.

make sure there is not a kink in your lines. my buddy's truck would air up slow... he had a kink in the lines.... simple fix

or the valve inside may be dirty? and its not opening to full potential.
had this issue w my smc's. cleaned em out and they worked fine after that.

You might be running to much psi and its not letting the valve open all the way cause of the back pressure.

LAID YOU GOT THE RIGHT IDEA, TOO MUCH PSI WILL FREEZE THE VALVE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN JUMP.WHAT VALVES ARE YOU RUNNING? IF THEY ARE NOT RATED OVER 150 PSI TURN DOWN YOUR PRESSURE SWITCH
