on a 215/35R18 you can cut about 8x10 out of the fenderwell and lay.

sorry pal.... u gotta cut it... dont hesitate.. its ok.. thousands of us have done it. if u can pull off puttin bags on u'r truck, whats a lil trimmin of the inner fenders? take your fenders off and go to town. the more u cut the better off you'll be. u dont want anything rubbin your tires. take u'r bag out and shock off... bolt your tire and wheel up and use a jack to make the a-arm move in its full travel.. trim everything your tire comes close to. your fuse box is gonna be a problem, just remove it from the inner fender and tie it up somewhere. and be sure to push your battery forward so it doesn't slide into your tire.

i'm runnin 19x9's up front with 255x35s.. i could lay on them.. but i also have a fully built front suspension and a new firewall and tubbed up front and moved the clutch master cylinder up and changed the brake booster to an early 90's model. if your truck is an 03' tacoma or greater, you will need to work on the ABS brake lines. when i changed my brakes over to 2piston calipers i did away with all my abs crap and just ran lines from my distribution valve/proportioning valve straight to the caliper. that helped me out tons... i hated all them dang brake lines goin everywhere.
