The prices listed above are also known as the MAP or Minimum Advertised (also Suggested Retail) so that's what you can expect to pay. Typically, 480Cs cost around $215 - $220 each, so with two pumps, plus the added goodies - you'll make out pretty well (about a $120 savings with the "free" parts included). These are available from select distributors of VIAIR products. Shipping will vary according to where you are in relation to the distributor you are buying from.
