What exactly is a spindle flip? I have a 99 f150

its flipping the ball joints from the bottom to the top or top to bottom shit ic ant think right now its one of those lol

So, you would have to press out the lower ball joint and flip it upsidedown. Can the upper control arm be flipped or should I press out the upper as well?
