We used to make them, but a couple of factors stopped us. One, we were using used cowls, which got hard to find. Two, UPS beat that thin metal up trying to get it out to you guys!
Anyone with some good bodywork skills should be able to shave up your stock cowl on the Mazda. Use 20 gauge steel, and weld very slowly! We would cut out the factory grating, cut a panel to match the hole, and butt-weld the piece into the cowl. If you can keep the filler to a minimum, this thing should last years- good luck!
