-Performance issues-

I have just recently purchased a 93 isuzu pup. I love it with the exception of it being so damn slow. Yes it is a 2.3, and I'm not looking to soup it up and to try to humiliate myself with a 2.3 street rod. I'm just woundering if there is anything at all such as a performance air cleaner, muffler, plugs, etc. etc. that I may get a little bit more H.P and pick up from the turtle. Right now, everything is stock. God forbid if I turn on the A.C.....The next door neighbor passes me on his bicycle. I know I'm pretty limited on performance issues being such a small engine. But for some reason, the truck lugs along as if I'm pulling a small boat. Any links, pics, or info. would be greatly appriciated.Thanks guys,-shadowbonz-

Get a tube header, put on some 2 1/4" exhaust with a high flow cat (if required in your state) and a high flow muffler. I like Magnaflows, little restriction, and they sound good. Get new plugs and wires, I like NGK. You could get an ignition kit from Crane or MSD. There might be a cam out there, but I'm not sure.
