ok, maybe someone on here can help me real quick... i was trying to clean up wiring under the hood of my 91 taco and i unplugged my MAF sensor to straighten out the wires, when i plugged it back in and started the truck it was running a little rough. i "wiggled" the connecting plug a little and the truck died, now i cant get it started back. any help?

Check that you didn't knock the large vacuum hose off, it goes from the air tube( the one to the air cleaner)into a round cannister at the side of the engine. Won't run if thats off.

it doesnt have the stock airbox on it...that hose hasnt been on... i dont know how it run without it... but whoever had the truck before me put an Afro-engineered intake on it (air filter hose clamped to the MAF sensor) but it ran fine before

Ummmmm my runs fine with nothing attached to that canister.

I know that the mass air flow meters are a piece of crap and break all the time. But try holding your foot to the floor if its a bad mas the truck will start but not idle or run for crap. Then check to make sure you got the wire clip holding the wire to the mass clicked into place it has to be on there tight
