I have a 96 s-10 blazer with 22" and it takes forever for it to shift up into gear, its a Automatic. and it wont do much more then 60 or 65 floored is that normal because of the big rims??

well, your speedometer is showing you a different miles per hour than your actually going... first you have to figure out how much its off... go to this site and enter your stock tire size and then compare it with your size tire on your 22's. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
its deffinalty not normal. how old is your motor? how many miles does it have? you may need a serious tune up .. something may be restricted.

is your cat clogged ? is the truck overheating ? if you bang on the cat convertor and you hear shit clangin around in there, your exhaust is clogged

either way, the speed sensor can only tell the speed by the revolutions of the wheels, so no matter what size wheels you got, the speedometer should top out the same as it would with stocks. the only difference is that you might in reality be going faster or slower than what it reads.
you definately have a restriction or bad sensor

or it isn't shifting out 2nd gear or something. what are the rpm's at?

Its a 96, low miles like 98,000, it has a painless wiring harness converted to carberated.. it runs strong, full custom bent exhaust, good flow,
the spedo is off, but still topped out rpm UP it does about 60 65
