graphics

i have photoshop 7.0 and i dont really understand how to do graphics like tribals and flames can somebody explain to me please? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I generally do all my graphics in Illustrator with the pen tool and then import them into photoshop because you have more control in Illustrator and can actually modify your graphics once you lay them out...but you can also use the pen tool in photoshop...just less flexibility. Hope that helped.
