would this be a good buy?

i'm trying to get back into the scene again and have been looking for cheao trucks to build and came across this..its a 94 single cab ranger 4cyl(doesnt run, they dont know whats wrong with it and havent looked into it either) straight body and clean interior, everything 100% stock...they will sell me it for 400 bucks...what u guys think?

good ass deal if its in perfect shape body wise! buy you a v8 and build a frame adn youll be set lol.

lol thats pretty much the plan right there james, yota clip and stock floor ect ect...and it is very veyr straight so i think i am goona get it and start again and hope i dont total this 1..haha
