We got a CAD program in the shop the other day and a friend recently got both a CNC lazer and a plasma CAM and wants to put them to work. I got to thinking about mabey offering custom one off bracket and gussets, like a one of a kind-one at a time thing.
What i wanna know is how many of you even have your axle or suspention showing? Who likes and appreciates custom touches such as axle perches, tabs, gussets, possibly even bag brackets? I think something like this would really catch spectators/judges eyes and hopefully people will start putting more effort and time into making their stuff look better.

think there would be a big enough market if you could get the word out..... there is also a bunch of rockcrawler/offroad guys that need/use custom brackets

i wanna say there is a comapny called blue torch that makes a BADASS gusseted triangulated 4 link front mount. can get it with a few different designs cut into it... would make for a super clean install.... but not worth the $$$ if its not gonna be seen.

Dont really have a lot of suspensions showing. However if the products are installer firendly and fit like we need them to fit they will sell like hot cakes. Alot of people like the designs and such. Make some up and lets see what you have as long as the prices are fair I belive they will sell.

Hell yeah I could use some of those if they fit the large diameter bars

I've been using AutoCAD for 5-6 years now. Actually now design in much higher end systems at my work. But if anyone needs stuff designed let me know. I designed all my brackets in CAD espically my bodymount brackets.

Guilty let me know if you need any help with the CAD program just let me know what one you are using.

Im using autocad 2000. Ive been trying to do some spiderweb and flames, but i just cant get it to look right.

So this is something you guys would mabey buy for your truck if they were readily available?

And dam that sucks, bluetorch is doing exactly what i wanna do, hell some of the designs are identical.

Alot of people sell these things the key is quality and quantity. I would buy some if you made them
