definently not lay on a full bolt in but if he's just after somethin to get em down rather then layed out flat he can pull it off.

It could be done with the right wheel size/offset (newer chevy's are just like Dakota's in the rear you almost gotta narrow or go with a cusotm rim to tuck, but a 20 you can mangage)

but as far as laying out, if i recall you said you didnt wanna cut up the bed and what not right? So i mean your not gonna be flat on the ground but you can get down for sure
