hey guys i have a customer that needs to get his belt driven compressor rebuilt and im clueless on this. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks. oh we are in the houston area.

Depending on the brand of pump, replacement parts are usually available. If it's a York compressor, you can get the parts at almost any auto parts store. Piston, sleeve, etc. are all available separately, too.
As for the labor, you should try it yourself if you have basic tools. There's really not much to the piston-style pumps, so you should be able to rebuild it yourself- good luck!

fuck the labor get a rebuilt one for 100 at napa with a warantee.

I'm wanting to put one on my truck. What kind of compressor does everybody recomend? I have thought about getting another A/C compressor and mounting it. What do I need to do this and still keep my factory air? Any help is appreciated.

full size york if you have room they are a lot cheaper than mini yorks and pump more air
