sonoma 3rd door remove help

When taking off the rear door on a 1998 sonoma do you remove the pins or drill out the hinges? I was going to remove the pins today but i didnt know if gm sold just the pins or if id half to buy the whole hinge when it was time to put the door back on .. I know they sell the pins and bushings for the front door but there not the same .. Any tips/tricks on doing this would be great

you can buy the pin and brass bushings at any parts store. if you drill out the hing you'll have to bolt it all back in later on. just do the pins. but i'll give ya a heads up, they ARE a bitch and the brass busing only goes in 1 way so remember how yours are setup.

and your talking about back door pins? i stoped at auto value and they told me they have the fronts but not the rears
