yea, i remember doin my first one, all i had was a sawsall and a cut off wheel. that shit sucked. IMO the worst part of cutting would be the bodymounts. its even a pain with a plasma cutter. when i do mine, i always keep the stock heater, and radio console thingy. i dont cut all the way along the firewall, i end up cuttin on the bottom of the tranny tunnel, and bringing that cut back a lil past your shifter, that way when you drop the cab your tunnel drops too. i did it on my second mazda, i bd'd it 2.5 inches and the tunnel didnt hit the tranny. oh and on the back wall, to make it easier to weld back together, i overlapped it a half inch like russ and seth said, but to keep it tight, i went on ebay and ordered some cleco pins and pliers, it made it a lot easier
