its a 65-68 plymouth fury III not sure of the year. the car has a really straight body. only thing i can see from a short inspection is a small dent in the driver fender and some pellet sized rust holes in the rear fender. needs a rear glass. other than that its pretty straight. motor: i have never had a v8 engine nor am i educated in one. but from what me and my freind can see the only thing missing off the engine is the radiator and coolant hoses. i've googled these cars and found that the engine is either a 318 or 383 but cant find pics of each to distinguish which this one is!
interior wise, the seats need to be recovered as well as dash board and headliner. the main thing is that its in a scrap yard and with no keys. the only thing that bothers me is that the car is sitting with no wheels on it. from looking under the fender wells it doesnt look like its been sitting too long without wheels. title wise i have been told you can get the VIN and apply for a lost title? anyway $400 takes the car home.
i blew the motor in my 720 (been wanting to get rid of it anyway) what are your opinions? should i get a carfax report ? is this a worthwhile restoration from the pics?
hard to get a pic of the back because its so close to the car behind it.
to get an idea of what the rear looks like theres another one in the same scrap yard thats pretty haggard. but at least theres one near so i could get parts if i needed.
