Temp gauge??

My temp gauge doesnt work at all. Its hooked up to the block but no go. What the hell do i do? i have a new head on it and i need to know how hot its getting. Any help would be great?

trace the wiring, but the easiest for now, and rel cheap, is go buy a mechanical gauge for like 10 bucks from autozone./..
