Motorized Back window

Looking for a motorized back glass for my 2002 ford ranger.. Does and one know where I can get one or if they make it.. I saw one in a full custom green truck.. But I want one for my truck since the back glass is busted out anyways.. Please if someone could point me in the direction.. Thanx

I don't know if anyone makes a kit but I have an idea of how to make one. Go to the junk yard and find a ford bronco that had an electric back glass installed stock and pick up a one peice glass for your truck, then modify the framework to fit your truck. I'm pretty sure that would work.

I dont know if it will fit a ranger......... But the Explorer Sport Trac has a power back window

I have a motorized back window in my truck. I went to a junk yard and got a power window mechanism. The rest from there was fully fabricated. Good luck.

I have a sport trac back window that I am going to put in my 99 mazda, the dont fit to where you can just bolt them up, but if you do some metal work they will fit. Then you just have to build the track inside the cab for the glass to go up and down on.

Trust me its not as easy as it sounds. But good luck with it, if you pull it off people will trip out on it. I know they do on mine.

I know alot about glass work it is what I do, but I am not that good with thin metal so it might be too much for me. The top of the window fits but the lower corners need to be bigger, we will see!!!
