welp as for putting it down on 18s you should be able to get away with not having to cut the inner fenders completely out ( dont quote me on that though cause i never had mine on 18s ) but you will need to redo that tranny x-member to completely frame it

but got with a F/S upper cup in the front w/ 2600 (or a 2500 whatever your preference is, i went with a 26 and like it )

and just be carefull of shit like heat getting the lines all that cause the headers are fairly close to that upper spring pocket

and it seems i was the only one but i did have alot of balljoint problems and ended up needing to take care of that with tubulars but i dont know bout on 18s, you should be fine, just somethin to watch out for

any other probs just shoot me a email and i'll do what i can to help

Z the frame cut and relocate all the crap in the way control arms may need to be shortened along with the rear end. There is more I know I'm forgetting.

sell it and buy something else. LOL

I did one last winter on 17's with big tires. We also did a bd with it too. We too used f/s chevy cups and just cut them to lay. We didn't do anything to the control arms either. The shocks were kinda hard to get in there. We used the stock tranny crossmember and raised it, drill new holes and cut of the top flush with the frame. On the back we used 2" sq tubing for lower bars and made them I think around 36" long and put the bags about half way between the axle and pivot point. We did a wishbone upper link to leave the gas tank where it was we just raised it a little.

so do u have to z the frame or is that just for a bodydrop?? and do u have to shorten the rearend and stuff?? anyone have any pics of the front suspention??
fatheadjames   +1y
Gotta find the right offset wheels to tuck but it can be done without shortening anything. If you want it to lay full frame you need to z it.

We didn't narrow the rearend but we had to massage the bed sides out some, white truck so you cant really notice much. The owner wanted it that way instead on narrowing the axle so thats what we did.

seems like everyone covered everything, if you z it you will fix the hanging y pipe on the bigger engines too.

pictures of the front would be great
