Here are the large holes on the right in this pic

I dont have any pics of the medium holes but I have a set @ the shop.
The ones that I did fro DragNasty started as small holes and here is the pic.

As far as what else you will need is the adapters 850 shipped to your door with lugs. I will cut your wheels for 120 each but you have to pay shipping to me and back to you. Then all you need are some tires and a cap and cover kit.
Working on the custom designs at the moment and trying to get the CNC set up right, so we will be coming out with alot of different designs here in a couple of weeks.
I may be at the shop tomorrow and I may not. I will PM you my cell #. L8R

Wait thought I answered all your ?s but if you are ordering your wheels or buying some used ones make sure they are hub-piloted. That should be everything.

What do you mean hub-pioleted?
1fastlx   +1y
the newer wheels are hub piloted that means that the hub or adapter centers the wheel around the center opening of the wheel. the older stud piloted or bud wheels use a tapered lug nut and center the wheel around the studs. there are no known adapters for the stud piloted wheels

^^^1fastlx answered it the hub-piloted wheels are centers by the truck or the adapters centerbore. Stud-piloted are centered by the lugnuts and studs. Hub-piloted adapters are 850 and stub-piloted adapters are custom made and outrageous prices

Trevor do you have anything that looks like the "hot rod" style wheels from duallywheels.com? Im thinking of using a wheel that looks similar on 333 but i want them to be semis.
