I just got done installing all 4 air cylinders on an Integra, lines are ran, electrical done... and right now i'm testing the PSI's of each corner (8 Valve Setup).

With the Tank @ 150 PSI it reads:Driver Front 148psiPassenger Front 148psi (but has a slow leak)Driver Rear 146psiPassenger Rear 133psi

My question is, why is the Passenger rear so low? and no matter how high i set the PSI in the tank at, it won't go higher then 133psi.

Ideas?Thanks all!J

well if pass. front is leaking its probably not letting the rear get up as high as you want it too... and if your only runnin a 150 psi its not goin anywhere fast lol i have a four door integra and mines needs160 to get up smoothlyand fast... put the front down and lift up just the rear and see if there rear get up better then... if sso its that leak...

Dude i also drive a canned Integra and First of all you need to be runnin the tank at 200psi off and 165psi on with a 200/165 pressure switch cause you have cans people on bags can pull off 150 but we cant, 2nd is you passenger will never be the same as the driver side at full lift because the driver side weights more thats were majority of the engine block sit ect...... they should all be close but it doesnt sound to be to bad unless it starts giving you a problem while driving then i wouldnt worry esspecially with 8 valve setup be cause you have indivual corners and you can adjust each one if one it alittle off at ride height adjust it it and learn to live with it.... I HAVE

I HAVEWhy can't he pull off 150? My friend is pulling off 140 at the tank and 125 in the cylinder at max lift. And that's on a 2:1 canti setup so the cylinder is seeing twice as much weight as it's actually lifting.

JASON - I'm using ViAir needel gauges...

ASAIN - I will try putting the front down and the ass up to see if it will go higher as you say.

BAGGEDTEG - i'll shoot up the adjustable switch to 200psi and see how she sits.

Thanks guys for all the help... let me give you the updated stats. I let her sit for a full 24 hours, not started/moved/sat-in, nothing.
Results of the psi's:
Passenger Rear Original: 133psi NOW 108psi
Driver Rear Original: 148psi NOW 138psi
Passenger Front Original: 145psi NOW 145psi
Driver Front Original: 145psi NOW 114psi
Air Tank Original: 165psi NOW 148psi

How bad are these leaks and what is the "usual" that i should expect?

Also, on the front Cylinders, there is a large NUT on the Stroke (as you can see here: http://www.masterimagecustoms.com/store/images/145_pic.jpg )
Now, i have the Nut screwed as far up the Stroke as I can, then the "adapter" screwed all the way upto the Nut.
My question is, will it be safe for me to remove the Nut and move the Adapter up that extra 3/4"? So that i can sit just a bit lower?

Thanks again all for the help, i really appreciate it and will post pic's of the finall install when she's all done and free of leaks.
