I was wondering if I have to take the whole caliper apart to have them powder coated or can I just leave it like that.

take it all apart, every removable part you can get off, a trick i heard from a local guy, that worked, was take a piece of ply wood, put it where the rotor would be, and hook up shop air into the breakline port, and open the psi up, and blow the cylinder out. but watch your fingers, that thing snaps out of there fast.

Is there any rubber parts that can melt or anything while baking. I just dont want to mess it up cause my truck is a daily driver.
