Hey guys. I have an 01 cavalier. I wanted to go stock bumper on it again. but I want to put one of the Bill grills in like whats on this truck (see pic)

Any one know where I could go to get one made or how to make one myself? Or could I just order one for a truck and cut it to the size I need? Will cutting it even work with these kits withough damaging it? Any info would be great. Thanks...

the billet inserts for that truck and mine are pretty pricey, i think they are going foor like $250-$300 in a mag i was lookin through. I paid $150 for mine from a buddy. Might be cheaper to fab something up

Thats what I was thinking aswell. Any Ideas on how to fab something? I would guess ordering some bars and then welding them together and fastening them to the bumper?

Try going to e-bay and searching for grill4you It's a billet grille store.
They sell billet grilles cheap. I paid $40 for the one in my truck. Maybe they have one to fit a Cavy. The quality is pretty damn good.
