depends on where your sensor is placed and the temp. of your thermostat.
if you have it placed right after/before the thermostat housing, then it should read around what the temp setting of the thermostat is. if you have it anywhere else, it might be different. I.E. if you have it placed on the lower part of the radiator where it feeds back into the engine, then by the time the coolant flows down from the return, it'll be slightly cooler
but the factory mazda thermostat is supposed to be 192degrees
