need help with measurements

hey guys i need some help with some measuremetns of our trucks i need to know what the length of the wheels from the front of the tire in the front to the rear of the rear tires to see if i can fit it on a i believe it is a 16 ft trailer wit a 2 ft dove i know lock said he has done it but i jsut want to make sure on length of the truck cuzz i would hate to get this trailer and get down to pick up my truck and find out i am SOL big time. thanks fellas so basically i need the furthest pt of the front tire to the rear most part of the rear tire. thanks

on the box body 73-91 you need no less then 15' of deck (that gives you 2" of play in each direction)I wouldn't go any shorter then 16' you might have a hole new meaning to drag'n dually

well i got my hands on a 18.5 foot one with that length including the dove so i think i am good just looking for a little reasssurance on measurements

The 18ft trailer will work and I think the wheelbase ? you asked is 16' or 17' just taking a stab at those #s without measuring.

well I hope it fits on that because if it dosen't I'm super F@#KED in the morning when I load mine up (my trailer is 18')
