seadoo won't start

I need some help getting my 93 seadoo to start. I have spark and new plugs it has gas and the battery is fully charged. It sounds like it wants to start just wont kick over any ideas guys. Thanks

may be the stator, fly wheel or recoil or maybe ur cdi
