PERMANENT electric fan?

Hey guys I have a quick question!
Does anyone know how to install those "permanent" brackets for the electric fans for yoor radiator..... pics would be great.

Which ones are "permanent"? The Spal fans we carry have a few different mounting options, and all of them are considered permanent. They recommend against the ones that go through the fins of the radiator like zip ties, though.
