Fuel system question on 96 sonoma

I just raised my fuel tank to clear frame,getting my truck ready for bags.Having a problem relocating the Evaporative Emission Canister.Just wanted to know where to relocate it or if you can remove and bypass it completely.

mine went in the trash.....caused no problem and has passed emission several times...

mine is in the trash also(00 s10), and Shane yall have to do emissions tests in Kennesaw?

if you must keep it, a lot of ppl put it above the muffler

Oh yeah man....it sux

when you take it completely out,do you just connect the two lines together and unplug the soleniod?

the s10 i did i put it under the filler neck.
