My webber keeps overflowing...Does anyone use a fuel pressurator on there carb??

did you hook up the return line? That takes care of most of the overpressure problems. Otherwise it just keeps filling the float bowl.

If the carb hasnt been run in a while the brass floats can corrode to the bottom of the aluminum float bowl and stick. The valve can stick open too if the carn was dry.

There are three metal lines under the truck from the stock tank that come up just in front of the passenger side firewall and have rubber lines connected.

the biggest diameter line is the supply. the next size smaller (looks really close in size to the supply but is just a hair smaller) is the return line.

the smallest is the vapor return from the charcoal canister.

If you only use the suplly, a high volume pump can overpower the float and flood the carb. With the return line hooked up the extra pressure gets returned to the tank.

I've seen two different kinds of return line on the factory carb, one is a return off the top of the mechanical fuel pump. The second is just a tee in the supply line.

the 3 fuel lines heres where they go, the 2 big ones go to the fuel pump the other i just capped off no where to run it.

Pull the big ones off your pump and blow through them with compressed air, ther may be a blockage in the return.

How long did your weber sit unused before you took it off the truck? It may need rebuilt. It sounds harder than it is, its a 38 dollar kit and takes about 30 minutes if you have a clean place to work.
