line x/rhino liner on frame?

anyone done this?...any pics?..

..was just trying to think of something that would hold of well and look good in weather..

yeah the cover truck this month he did his entire firewall, front and inside of the bed, back of the cab and some other accents it all fits with his paint scheme too i know thats not what you asked but it gives you the idea and i do know peeps that have done it stuffs pretty durable

I sprayed LineX for 8 yrs....done a couple different frames in it...its ok i guess, but in my opinion if your gonna tear it down to a bare frame then just powdercoat it for the durability....prolly cost u about the same either way..

that stuff is too flammible,just powder coat it or spray it

i spray xtreme where i work..its like what everyone else said though...it is durable stuff...but dragging it, or anything like that is going to rip it right off...and then your gonna have rust issues because your gonna have scuffed metal where its off...just my opinion...and that stuff does smell like crap when it gets hot, or is burnt....

that looks like troy form RA's s10. i know a buddy of his works at a place that sprays some sort of liner. best thing to do is ask him how its working out for him.
