Help with retarding timing on 98 Accord EX.

So I went ahead and got the ZEX nitrous kit on my car and I have the jets in for a 75 shot but it says I need to retard the timing 4 degrees....so the question is, how do I retard my timing and can I drive normally with it like that? Maybe it's better to just have a shop do it for me or...?
