Flush mount LEDS

anyone got any experience in flush mounting leds.... like how they make it look smooth as if its part of the paint job.... thanks...

The flush mount LEDs have a thick lense layer on them that you can sand smooth with the tailgate or whatever and them wetsand/buff it to make it clear again.
