Got a ticket for blowing my air horns? can i win this in court?

I have train horns that I put on my 00 Harley f-150, anyways I was leaving a gas station and decided to blow the horn at some teeny boppers, while stuck at a red light one of the town cops decided to flip on his blues and pull me over ( I guess he was

maybe he ought to start pulling over every big rig he sees and giving them a ''defective equipment'' ticket,they all have air horns.

for one up here you can make as much noise as u want from 7am-9pm until your warned then you have to keep it down

what if i trailerd cars

and its like proove that i did it? other ppl in town have them too

most states say horns can only be used to warn other drivers of an emergency or to alert animals off the road, so technicallu you can get a ticket for blowing your horn at people for no reason, no matter what kind of horn it is...you can probabily fight the defective ticket because it seems like not the right charge for the conditions...

im thinking it has to be a moving violation to be points..i think the defactive is like getting a parking ticket but id fight it.....

n tx u cant blow your horn for any reason besides in emergency or passing to lft. um u cannot have a wistle, bell or a unreasonably loud horn. ureasonably meaning you can have a air horn but if someone takes the time to call it in you could be ticketed. semi come equiped with it i believe so thats original equipment. either way if its done in front of pd its pc for a stop if he can determine it came from your vehicle.
