hey man my bad if that seemed like a stupid question my bad but i would rather ask than screw up. That is how you learn and that is why I haven't bagged the truck yet. I do have all the stuff just waiting until I am sure of myself before I do it. I don't know how to press in ball joints or if your being sarcastic because everyone in the city I am from said it couldn't be done. Any help on how to do it would be great. Other than that thanks for the demotivation!

call a wheel and brake shop. they usually are the ones who press them in and out. Its not cheap tho. Around where i lived its like 60 bucks to press in new upper ball joints, that is supplying the balljoints too! but it has to be done if they are shot.

some cars they actually dont sell a ball joint, u gotta get a whole new a-arm, a friend with a civic had to, b/c local parts store couldnt get just a ball joint.

that is the problem with mine the ball joints and the control arms are still a factory only part. No one sells them around here except Nissan and I can't pay them 650 for them so I'll probably just ride them out til someone makes some that can be bought at a parts shop. Once again I appreciate all the people who understand where me and my questions are coming from!!

man I feel like an ass now because they are on advance auto parts web site but I would rather feel stupid for being wrong thatn stupid for spending 650.00 bucks to fix a problem that I really didn't have. I appreciate the help from everyone and if there is any way I can help any of ya'll in any way hit me up!! I don't know how good ya'll are with car audio but I am alright and would be more than happy to help with brand choices, enclosure ideas, wiring, batteries (Xstatic BatCap), altenators (Exessive Amperage), or other car electronic needs!!

For anyone who is looking for the battery of their dreams that is small and powerful or looking for mad cold cranking amps there is a company based out of Dothan, AL that has just what you need. I am really good friends with the owner and know a shop in town that can hook you up with any models you need from X static. Their batteries are the strongest, smallest, and lightest on the market. I have seen them in many applcations and they work great for the mini-trucker with multiple electronics (i.e. compressors, amplifiers, gauges, etc...).
