stereo in the body

i have a 94 hard body and needn some tunes how did anyone run a system in these trucks the alt. is only like sixty amps and my compressors take most of that. if anyone knows where to get a bigger alt or get around that with a capacitor or any solutions it would be most appreciated.

i put a 110 amp out of a nissan quest in mine. had to make a new alternator bracket, swap the pulleys and shim the pulley but i havent had a problem with it yet. but its all the same plugs and everything.

you can also get an alternator rewound for higher output and heavy duty rectifier and voltage regulator.
