Good tire size to run on 22"'s. I don't think 9.5 will be a problem as long as you don't have a horrible offset. Just check around and check the offsets and you should be fine. Your truck will look good on 22"'s!

You could always check the website of the manuf. of the wheels you like and then measure yourself...its real easy to do, the backspace it from the mounting surface to the inner most part of the wheel and if they give offset that is a measurement from the absolute center of the wheel...so a 4" backspace would make the mounting surface of the wheel 4" from the inside lip

if the offset is +8mm then its 8mm toward the face of the wheel, -8mm is 8mm toward the inside of the wheel

oh and a 9.5" wheel is physically about 10"-10.5" so check your clearances with that in mind
