i just picked up my caprice yesterday and im wondering the best way to lower it. Its not gonna get bagged for a while but i NEED to lower the stance bad. Buy new springs? Cut some coils?? drop spindles in the front?? Not lookin to spend a ton of money, just need it lower.

Springs are pretty cheap. I wouldn't get the extended arms if you are planning on doing a custom link in the back when it gets bagged so you may have to deal with the tire being off center. You can get a spindle for the front and still be able to reuse it when you bag the car, but then you will have a stiff spring in the back to lower it and a soft spring in the front (stocker). Personally I am debating the same thing. I think I am just going to deal with it until we bag it.

You can probably find some used springs on the impala forum when they get it running again.

Spindles in the front. Cut the rear springs.
