Needed: '66 Continental Door Panels

I have a '66 Continental and need the arm rest piece of the interior door panels for both the Driver Front Door & the Driver Rear door. (Inculding the power window switches)

Cool, i've been on the Lincoln Forum, it's pretty good, but not many people are coming up with anything for me. I called the guys at convertiblelincolns.com & he is getting back to me.
