I have a 92 Toyota Pickup 22RE with about 54k original miles on it anyway my question is it seems whenever i start my truck up and drive it everything stutters like the gas is down but it constantly stutters 2nd-5th gear and takes awhile to get up to speed cuz its constantly losing power to the gas and gianing it but it seems the longer its running it kinda fades out each gear at a time but usually stays a lil in 4th or 5th.the further down the gas pedal is pressed it seems to do it more then less it either will not do it or doesnt do it as severe.
any ideas what this could be?
Some further info
it has a custom cat-back exaust system with flowmaster has a magnaflow catcustom LC Engineering header k&n intake systemtruck has sat for a few weeks but gets driven about once or twice a week. problem has been going on for awhile but would go away or wouldnt be as apparant lately its real bad.
truck had issues before but mass airflow sensor was just replaced about 6months ago
