Well, the adjustability is nice to change up your pinion angle, and make up for any errors made in the install, etc. It beats having to cut mounts off after you've welded them in fully and find out that you over looked something.
The wishbone is a good set up, but your mount has to be really strong for the pivot point. Doing seperate bars traingulated, the mounts don't have to be super strong as they do for a single mount, but you still get the same effect. In fact I feel as though it centers and holds the axle better than a single mount point for a wishbone. But that's just my opinion. Others will post up with their own opinions and experiences.
