rear inner wheel price

I have a 99 F350 with 22in classic round big hole ( low profile ) but I am only running four with the factory 16in wheel on the inside rear and was wondering how much would 2 inside wheels for the back would cost, I am not looking for anything polished just machined so my 275/45/22 tires would fit them, I also would like to know what is the recomened air pressure for the 22in low profile set up, My truck dosent have air just have a 3/5 drop kit with I beams, Thanks

I got some 22" inners that we took off a truck to upgrade to 24s...300 each milled and shipped. They have just been sanded down to where they look alittle shinny.
