72 c-10

ok i drove and dragged my bodydrop 72 c10 today for the first time, and it was great. but anyways to the problems. i'm runn'n a 350 mild build but am not sure of the internals and i only have about 25 psi of oil pressure (good or bad). and i have a 700r4 in it thats 100% factory from a 85 comaro with only 40,000 miles on it and it wont shift i am use'n the holly bracket for the 700r4 and it is pull'n the cable out all the way at WOT and returns back to all in. what could be the problem with this? and yea i did drag the shit out of it at about 35-40 full body on the pavement

I adjusted my caddy the same way and it would not shift. I had to move the adjustment in and out about 20 times til I got it where it would shift right. Very little adjustment makes a BIG difference in its shift pattern.

how do u do this i'm new to the auto tranny thing so any pics or tech tips would b great\
