i what is the best fuel cell for a 1987 chevy C-10? I am looking for a cheap fuel cell i saw a few on Summit racing. I want something cheap under $200 Shipped

got mine from TCI i think and it was 149.99 with a gm sending unit. but it is plastic but works fine for me

yea the ones with the "gm sending unit"? Is that the same as a fuel pump or does it just tell fuel level?

"sending unit" is just what tells your guages how much fuel is in the tank.
When I got mine, I had to put a Holley Blue Pump to run it. Normally the tank has the pump inside the tank. I went and tried every pump O'reilly's and Autozone sell and they were not giving me the pressure I needed.
I had to get the High Performance Fuel Pump to run it.
Haven't had a problem since.
(KNOCK ON WOOD).
