draged ranger

ok well had a kid bring me his 95 ranger yesterday and its pretty mucha piece. its flat black with the body line shaved with the door handles also and has a edge front end bolted up and its bagged. the bag job is ok but i'm ripp'n out all the old reverse fourlink and all. but i looked up under the fram and the kid has drug about and an inch and half of the frame away. the intire part of the frame under the cab the bottom part of the frame is gone. and in the front the mounts for the arm that holds the ibeams is drug though i dont know how the kid got it here and he said it was his daily so what should i do to fix the frame and the front arm mounts??? also he drug though most of the suicide doors tranny mount

MY SUGGESTIONS IS TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THE SITUATION AND EXPLAIN THAT THIS IS DANGEROUS -- AND YOU DONT WANT TO CHARGE HIM ALL THE MONEY AND WAISTE YOUR TIME ON A NEW BAG INSTALL OR WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING -- AND THIS TRUCK STILL NOT BEING SAFE -- --- IT WOULD MOST LIKELY BE BETTER TO BUY NEW LOWER ARMS OR MAYBE EVEN TUBULAR ARMS --- AND THEN CLIP THE FRAME AND BUILD A NEW ONE FROM THE FIREWALL BACK -- ITS ALOT MORE WORK I KNOW AND YOU WILL HAVE TO CHARGE HIM FOR THE WORK BUT IN THE END IT WOULD BE SAFER FOR HIM -- HELL PRINT SOME ONE THESE RESPONSE AND SHOW THEM TO HIM -- SO HE WONT THINK YOU ARE TRYING TO RIP HIM OFF OR ANYTHING -- IF ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME -- TELL HIM TO BE CAREFUL AND GOODLUCK !!! MY 2 CENTS

dant turn it away hes thrown up to much money and I really wanna do it so i figure i'll just raise up the arms and weld them in and just weld in some quarter in by 2 in steel to the bottom of the frame to strengthen it up

if you are charging people for work you should know.......

iwelded some 2x2 1/4 wall angle iron on the bottom of mine after idrug through the bottom...

my s10's kinda in that shape to much, not to the point of falling apart but pretty dragged through, but my buddy whose fixing it is using 2x3 angle iron, 1/4 inch think and welding to the inside so no seams are showing, it should come out nice, does ne one else have any other ideas on this topic
im paying him about 1000.00 and gave him an extra car i have to do it

never said i did'nt know how just look'n for opinions and insite (never to old or good at anything to learn from other people who have seen it or done it befor) and thank u cris for ur pointless comment. and yea i did the 2x2 box on it and made new mounts for the new sucide doors tranny crossmember
