wiring and harness for f150

I have a 2006 f150 that i daily drive, since wal mart doesn't carry the harness i need for the stereo itself does anyone know any online sites that i can get one from or tell me how to figure out what is what on the stock wiring?

Don't buy audio equipment from wal-mart... go to a shop.. and don't buy off the internet.. take the radio out and take it to a shop so they can match up the right harness... Ford is the world's worst for having 3 different harness's for the same vehicle..
