My new power steering pump is 5/8-18 inverted flare on the high pressure side. The factory s10 is m16 x 1.5mm o-ring seal. Is there any site that will have an adapter fitting for this to make my life easier or will i have to cut and flare a high pressure line or make a new line? The pump im using is from summit sum-340103 and im using a factory 98 s10 high pressure line and steering box. Thanks for any help given b/c fittings aren't my favorite hobby

edit* the factory return line worked fine. Im only having trouble with the high pressure side b/c its the hardest to deal with of course

I'd just get a braided line made with the fittings you need. Its only gonna be a couple feet of line anyways, and if you already have to buy adapter fittings, might as well just get a line made up.

I wanted to look for the adapter first becuase the factory is hard line and it flows really well with the gear box and goes under the power steering pulley. The gearbox fitting is fine because its factory but i just need 1 fitting to go into the new pump. Nothing ever goes together without 1 small thing fucking everything up... thanks for your input though, might be my only option if i cant get this line flared or find an adapter fitting
