LED taillights are on when not in use?

On my 1990 Ford F-150 work truck I have a set of 1157 LED bulbs for the taillights. Whenever I turn on the key or the radio my taillights turn on but they are dim?

They stay on constantly whenever the truck is in use. The parking lights are off but the leds are on? The lights still function as normal for stop, running and turn. Any ideas why they are staying on? Thanks!

check your brake pin... its a lil plastic button under the dash that the (arm of the break sits on .it might be broken and if it is it will leave the break lights on you can check it by either pulling the break pedal or pushin it in a lil and see if it goes off..

its a ford thing...current seepage thru the wiring harness.
