Shaving tailgate

I want to shave my tailgate on my 97 Ranger.. but the handle runs into the body line and I dont think Id be able to make it look right.. Does anyone make a filler panel for it?

NOPE nobody sells it unless grant kustoms can make one for you, If not just do it 2 pieces its not that hard on my first tailgate thats what i did and on the second i used a press at work and formed it to the angle and it fit perfect

old fenders make lovley filler plates. for doors and tailgate

A company called Mar-k makes a tailgate handel flip kit with a filler plate made to match the bodyline.

I think mine was a sir micheals i got it from godfather customs, flip kit and filler panel that matched the bodyline perfect
