Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that cornwell tools will fuck you! I bought a plasma cutter that kept breaking. It would just spit an arc and quit. They sent me another one 2 days later the transformer blew in it. They sent my original plasma back that took about 3 weeks or more to get back to me. When I recieved it back I cut one spring pocket out on an s-10 I was bagging and it quit working again. I told the sales rep. I couldnt carry a peice of crap in my shop like that if its gonna keep breaking and putting me behind schedule. Told them I wanted my money back and all the would give me was over half because I "USED" the machine. I was like no shit and if it wasnt a peice of shit I would keep it. I e-mailed them and everything and they are just trying to ignore it hoping that the problem goes away. How can anyone do business like that?
