2000 Tahoe battery draw

anyone know what the factory amperage draw on a 2000 Tahoe is while parked, or where I could find it?

I bought a 2000 Tahoe Limited a few months ago, and when I park it for a few days, it kills the battery. I've gone through 3 batteries already, and decided to take a multimeter to it... turns out it's got a draw of 148mA..
I disconnected the alarm (Clifford IntelliGuard 7000), and it dropped to 48mA..
I disconnected all the aftermarket shit (compressors, valves, stereo, tvs), and it dropped to 38mA...

I found somewhere online that a stock car/truck should only draw about 20-22mA while parked, so i'm trying to figure out what the deal is...
